PURCHASING POLICY
On completion of your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from me. I will make reasonable efforts to package the artwork and ship it within seven (7) business days after receiving the amount on my bank account. Time frame may depend on seasonal/holiday, or for unforeseeable reasons such as sickness, weather conditions or covid 19 situation, as some countries are still not accepting packages. If I’m unable to ship the artwork in a timely manner, I will contact the buyer in one day time by email or by phone.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICIES
Shipping from Greece , by Hellenic post , If you wish to be shipped by courier company , please inform me on your order and I will attach the extra ship cost .
Package Tracking
Once I ships off the package, I will contact the client via email with the tracking information.
Prints or drawing: filled between two hard cartons, no FRAMED, I add ship cost only ones. You can purchase numerus artworks with the same cost.
Paintings: not framed, not stretched, rolled and filled in a tube.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final, No Refunds. Artwork is only refunded if it is damaged during shipment.
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
If there are any problems or discrepancies with your purchase or otherwise, please contact me. Please have in mind that original prints are original artworks, signed and numbered and if the shadow or color, or hand coloring is different from the photo, is because is other number of the edition.
COLOR OF ARTWORKS
You understand and agree that the Artist has made reasonable efforts in order to display the colors of the original artworks accurately on this website. Each individual monitor, cell phone, tablet or other device may display colors differently. The Artist is not responsible for the color accuracy on your computer monitor, cell phone, tablet or other device. This also applies to art prints, there may be color differences between the original artwork.
